Our Approach
At EquestriZEN Yoga, we specialize in an innovative practice that combines traditional yoga techniques with interactions with horses. This dynamic experience extends the principles and benefits of yoga beyond the conventional mat, fostering a deeper connection with oneself and nature.

A beginner-friendly practice that combines yoga, meditation, and breathwork with the calming energy of horses. In this unique experience, you’ll practice yoga poses and mindfulness exercises in the presence of friendly, experienced horse partners. No prior horse or yoga experience is required—whether you’re new to both or just looking for something different, this practice is designed for everyone. Your journey begins on the ground, with the option to mount and practice with the horse after your first session, subject to teacher approval. Discover a deeper connection to yourself and the animals around you through this tranquil and enriching experience.

In the world of therapeutic and mindful practices, the concept of co-regulation, especially with animals, has gained significant attention. Among these practices, co-regulating with horses stands out as a uniquely powerful method for achieving emotional balance, healing and becoming more grounded and present. Students will explore it's benefits, and how it works to create a harmonious relationship between humans and horses.
